This year at the God’s BeYOUties Women’s Conference, our desire is not only for us to flourish spiritually, emotionally, and personally but for us to help young ladies in our community flourish as well.

Through Project Bloom, we are partnering with Detroit Public Schools’ homeless outreach programs to support teen girls and young women ages 12 - 18 facing difficult and uncertain circumstances. One of their greatest needs is something many of us may take for granted: basic undergarments like bras and panties.

For a young lady, these are not just essentials...they represent dignity, confidence, comfort, and the reassurance that someone sees her, values her, and cares about her wellbeing. Imagine being a teenage girl navigating school, life, and insecurity without access to necessities that help you feel covered, confident, and cared for. Together, we have the opportunity to change that story for someone.

Every donation is a seed of love. Every item given is a reminder that she matters. Our prayer is that through this initiative, young women who may feel overlooked or forgotten will instead feel encouraged, supported, and empowered to bloom into all God has called them to be.
